We are a people-focused department, helping church members and visitors have a rewarding experience by maintaining orderliness during services and church events. The usher\u2019s role is so important but often undervalued, undertrained, and most times under rated. The ushers are a tremendous force in setting the tone for worship and helping to prepare the people to hear and respond to the Word of God. The\u00a0 cheerful, engaged, and \u201cwe are here to serve you\u201d smile of an usher is huge!<\/p>

The Usher Ministry also ministers to the well-being and comfort of the church member as they enter the worship service.\u00a0 Ushers offer assistance and oversee the orderly gathering of GOD\u2019S\u00a0 people for worship.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

An usher is a spiritual ambassador for the church that is God\u2019s ordained and organized body of believers. Each usher serves as a \u201cfirst representative\u201d of Jesus Christ for a worship service. Just as we have in every organization, the ushering group is the front office and point of first contact with the church. The pioneer leader of the department was Elder M.O. Oladele, now Pastor.
