Youth fellowship at CAC Oke-Igbala was first envisioned around 1990 by L. Evang. F. F. Agun, Bro Tokunboh Gbademu and Bro Sola Adebayo, with official commencement in 1992-1993. Sister Folake, later L. Evangelist, served as the first Youth Fellowship leader.

The fellowship hosted its first National Youth Conference in 1994, under pioneer leader Sister Folake.
Early programmes included the Tuesday Youth Fellowship, Singles Night and the Bachelors and Spinsters Night.
Campus outreach and welfare activities extended the fellowship's reach beyond the assembly.
A Youth Church was established to retain youth membership, led by a pioneering committee including Deaconess Tokunboh and Bro Sola Adebayo.
The Youth Church has been shaped by three pastoral eras — Pastor Awopetu, Pastor Olagunju and now Pastor Oni.
The Youth Church was formally established between 2005 and 2006 to retain young members as they matured out of the youth fellowship. The pioneering committee included Deaconess Tokunboh, Bro Sola Adebayo, Bro Soji Ogunbusuyi and the Late Pastor Awopetu.
Pastor Awopetu (2005–2014) established the Prayer, Drama and Evangelism departments and introduced the Jesus Partner empowerment programme. Pastor Olagunju (2016–2021) built a new executive structure and introduced the Red Tie Valentine event. Pastor Timothy Oni has led since 2021, introducing programmes such as the 5-Sundays Saving Grace and 7 Super Sundays of Total Recovery.
